the job
after famworld i joined intercom as a product leader and became the dri for fin for ecommerce.
the idea is simple: one ai agent that handles the whole shopping journey. it answers questions while people browse, recommends the right products, gets them to checkout and looks after them once they've bought.
shoptalk, las vegas
in march we took fin to shoptalk in vegas. about 20 hours of travel from dublin, then a 4:35am meeting to start day one.
